1. Using the service1. 서비스 이용

You may build and share a digital card without signing up. A name is enough; a bio, socials, links and photo are optional. Keep private edit links and secret lookup keys safe. Public URLs are readable by anyone who receives them. Each share describes a payload version; editing creates a new version and does not update every previously distributed copy.회원가입 없이 명함을 만들고 공유할 수 있습니다. 이름만 필요하며 소개·소셜·링크·사진은 선택 사항입니다. 비공개 편집 링크와 비밀 조회키를 안전하게 보관하세요. 공개 URL은 전달받은 누구나 읽을 수 있습니다. 공유 링크는 payload 버전을 나타내며 편집한 새 버전이 기존의 모든 배포본을 변경하지는 않습니다.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for your content, photos, identity claims and links. Grant only the permissions necessary for us to deliver, display and moderate your requested service. Do not upload personal information of children under 14 through stored-photo or inquiry features; a verified guardian-consent flow is not provided.콘텐츠·사진·신원 표시·링크에 필요한 권리와 허락을 보유해야 합니다. 서비스의 전달·표시·관리에는 요청한 서비스에 필요한 범위의 권한만 부여합니다. 저장 사진·문의 기능에 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 업로드하지 마세요. 확인된 법정대리인 동의 절차는 제공하지 않습니다.

2. Acceptable use2. 허용되는 이용과 금지 행위

Do not impersonate another person or organization; publish another person's private information without authorization; infringe copyright or trademarks; defame others; distribute illegal or harmful content; direct people to phishing, scams or malware; send spam; or automate abuse, evade blocks/rate limits, steal private capabilities, or disrupt the service.타인·기관 사칭, 허락 없는 타인 개인정보 공개, 저작권·상표권 침해, 명예훼손, 불법·유해 콘텐츠 유통, 피싱·사기·악성코드 연결, 스팸을 금지합니다. 자동 남용, 차단·요청 제한 회피, 비공개 권한 탈취와 서비스 방해도 금지합니다.

Reports should be accurate and relevant. Do not include names, emails, phone numbers, passwords, private edit links, owner tokens or unrelated sensitive information in inquiries. Provide the public card URL through the card's report link when relevant.신고는 정확하고 관련 있는 내용으로 작성하세요. 문의에는 이름·이메일·전화번호·비밀번호·비공개 편집 링크·관리 토큰이나 무관한 민감정보를 넣지 마세요. 명함 신고는 해당 명함의 신고 링크를 사용해 공개 URL을 제공하세요.

3. Reports, moderation and replies3. 신고·관리·답변

Use Report this card or Report abuse for impersonation, phishing, illegal content or copyright/trademark concerns. These are general service reports. The operator can reply, block/unblock the reported payload or remove an uploaded avatar as appropriate. Decisions may consider available evidence and legal obligations. We cannot promise a response deadline or resolution of every dispute.사칭·피싱·불법 콘텐츠 또는 저작권·상표 관련 문제는 ‘이 명함 신고’나 ‘악용 신고’를 이용하세요. 일반 서비스 신고 채널이며 운영자는 확인 내용에 따라 답변, payload 차단·해제 또는 업로드 사진 삭제를 할 수 있습니다. 판단에는 제출 근거와 법적 의무가 고려될 수 있습니다. 모든 분쟁의 해결이나 답변 기한을 보장하지 않습니다.

Anonymous inquiries are kept for 90 days from creation and can be read only with the receipt and secret key. No email reply or lost-key recovery is provided. Inquiry limits and platform outages can prevent submission or viewing. Report a moderation concern through a new inquiry if needed.익명 문의는 생성 후 90일 동안 보관하며 접수번호와 비밀 조회키로만 조회합니다. 이메일 회신과 조회키 분실 복구는 제공하지 않습니다. 요청 한도나 플랫폼 장애로 제출·조회가 제한될 수 있습니다. 관리 결정에 관한 문의는 필요한 경우 새 문의로 제출하세요.

Service blocking affects supported Public/Embed rendering of the exact public payload. Downloaded cards, PNG files, QR images, screenshots, badges already copied elsewhere and other external copies cannot be recalled by a block. Different payload versions may require separate review.서비스 차단은 같은 공개 payload의 지원되는 Public/Embed 렌더링에 적용됩니다. 다운로드 명함·PNG·QR 이미지·스크린샷·이미 외부로 복사된 배지 및 기타 외부 복사본은 차단으로 회수할 수 없습니다. 다른 payload 버전은 별도 검토가 필요할 수 있습니다.

4. External links and limits4. 외부 링크와 기능 제한

User links and third-party services are controlled by their providers and users. Follow their terms and assess links before opening them. Listing a link is not an endorsement. Tools and generated content may contain errors; review them before relying on them.사용자 링크·제3자 서비스는 각 제공자와 사용자가 관리합니다. 해당 약관을 확인하고 링크를 열기 전에 검토하세요. 링크 표시가 운영자의 추천을 뜻하지 않습니다. 도구와 생성 콘텐츠에는 오류가 있을 수 있으므로 사용 전에 확인하세요.

This deployment uses Workers Free and D1 Free. Exceeding free limits or a service failure can restrict features or return an error. The application does not upgrade to Paid automatically or use a paid fallback. Compressed avatars are limited to 50 KiB and expire after seven days. Existing copies may outlive the service's retention period.이 배포는 Workers Free와 D1 Free를 사용합니다. 무료 한도 초과 또는 서비스 장애 시 기능을 제한하거나 오류를 반환할 수 있습니다. 앱은 Paid로 자동 전환하거나 유료 대체 수단을 사용하지 않습니다. 압축 사진은 50KiB 이하이고 7일 후 만료됩니다. 외부 복사본은 서비스의 보관 기간 이후에도 남을 수 있습니다.

5. Changes and responsibility5. 변경과 책임

The operator may change or discontinue features for maintenance, abuse prevention or service limits and publish material changes here. Use the service responsibly and retain your own necessary copies. Nothing here removes mandatory rights or liabilities under applicable law. We do not promise complete legal compliance for content you submit or every use of the service.운영자는 유지보수·남용 방지·서비스 한도에 따라 기능을 변경하거나 중단하고 중요한 변경 사항을 이 페이지에 공개할 수 있습니다. 책임 있게 이용하고 필요한 사본은 직접 보관하세요. 이 약관은 법률상 강행적인 권리나 책임을 배제하지 않습니다. 제출 콘텐츠와 모든 이용 상황에 대한 완전한 법적 준수를 보장하지 않습니다.
