Your name, bio, socials, links, appearance and photo reference are encoded in the URL fragment after #. Normal card views and editing do not send this fragment to our server. The browser reads it to render your card. There is no profile account or server-side text profile database. A report deliberately submits the canonical public card URL and its hash so the operator can review that card.이름, 소개, 소셜 주소, 링크, 디자인과 사진 참조는 URL의 # 뒤 fragment에 인코딩됩니다. 일반 명함 조회·편집 시 fragment는 서버로 전송되지 않고 브라우저가 읽어 명함을 만듭니다. 프로필 회원 계정이나 서버의 텍스트 프로필 DB는 없습니다. 명함 신고 시에는 검토를 위해 공개 명함 URL과 hash를 의도적으로 제출합니다.

Anyone who has a public share URL can read and copy the card. Keep private edit links and photo owner tokens secret. We cannot recover a lost private edit capability. Word Counter and the existing text tools process their input in your browser. Visiting a link, mail link, or a legacy external photo URL connects your browser to that third party. Its own policies apply. We do not control copies, downloads, QR images, screenshots or external services.외부 링크·이메일 링크 또는 이전 형식의 외부 사진 URL을 열면 브라우저가 해당 제3자 서비스에 연결되며 그 서비스의 정책이 적용됩니다. 외부 복사본, 다운로드, QR 이미지, 스크린샷 및 제3자 서비스는 운영자가 통제하지 않습니다.

3. Temporary uploaded photos3. 임시 업로드 사진

The browser crops and compresses your image before upload. The original file is not uploaded to our photo server. We accept only the compressed WebP/JPEG image, no larger than 50 KiB. D1 stores those bytes, image ID, MIME type, byte count, SHA-256 owner-token hash, creation time, expiry time and active status. These are used to display and manage your requested photo. Photos expire exactly seven days after upload; views do not renew the period. The API refuses to serve expired photos. Replacement and removal delete the former active row. Reads may delete an expired row, and a five-minute scheduled job removes expired rows in bounded batches. An outage, quota limit or backlog can delay physical deletion, while expired photos remain unavailable.사진은 업로드 시점부터 정확히 7일 후 만료되며 조회로 연장되지 않습니다. 4. Anonymous inquiries, reports and blocks4. 익명 문의·신고·차단

The anonymous web form does not collect a name, email or phone field. We store inquiry type, title, content, receipt, SHA-256 lookup-key hash, creation/expiry time and, when written, the reply and reply time. A card report also stores its canonical public URL and stable SHA-256 card hash. Information you voluntarily include in the text or reported public card is part of the submission. This data is used to respond to the inquiry, handle privacy requests and review abuse reports. The secret lookup key is shown once at submission; its raw value is never saved. The receipt and key are needed to read replies. Web inquiries have no email reply, identity account, or lost-key recovery. Web inquiries, including replies, automatically expire 90 days after receipt and become inaccessible. Direct email is a separate channel: messages sent to help@signalmeaning.com are forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to the operator's Gmail mailbox. Sender/recipient addresses, email headers, subject, content and any attachments you send are processed to receive and answer your inquiry or privacy request. Direct email inquiries are retained for at most 90 days after receipt and are periodically destroyed manually by the operator. Gmail labeling does not automatically delete these messages. A blocked-card record contains only the public payload hash, reason and block creation time. It remains until unblocked. Administrators are asked to keep personal information out of block reasons. Unblocking deletes this record. Blocking prevents rendering this exact public payload in supported Public/Embed views; it cannot retract outside copies or different payload versions.차단 기록에는 공개 payload hash, 사유와 차단 생성 시각만 저장하며 해제 시까지 보관합니다. 관리자에게 사유에 개인정보를 넣지 않도록 안내합니다. 차단 해제 시 해당 행을 삭제합니다. 차단은 지원되는 Public/Embed 화면에서 같은 공개 payload의 렌더링을 막으며 외부 복사본이나 다른 payload 버전을 회수하지 못합니다.

5. Delivery, abuse prevention and administration5. 요청 전달·남용 방지·관리

Cloudflare receives network data such as IP addresses and HTTP request metadata to deliver and secure the site. The application uses a salted HMAC of Cloudflare's trusted IP header for hourly limits, and stores that hash, hour bucket, operation and count; it does not store a raw IP in its D1 rate table. Buckets become eligible for cleanup after roughly 48–49 hours. Deletion may be delayed until a successful scheduled run. The operator reviews inquiries, writes replies, blocks/unblocks cards and removes photos through a tool running only on 127.0.0.1 on the operator's computer. It uses the operator's existing Wrangler authorization to query US D1 over HTTPS. There is no internet-facing administrative UI/API and no administrator account/password database in this service.운영자는 작업 컴퓨터의 127.0.0.1에서만 실행하는 도구로 문의 검토·답변, 명함 차단·해제 및 사진 삭제를 수행합니다. 기존 Wrangler 권한으로 HTTPS를 통해 미국 D1에 접근합니다. 인터넷 공개 관리 화면·API나 서비스의 관리자 계정·비밀번호 DB는 없습니다.

6. Overseas processing and storage6. 국외 처리위탁과 보관

Cloudflare provides Worker hosting, D1 storage, CDN/request delivery and security, and Email Routing forwarding as described here. D1 storage country for uploaded profile images and web inquiry data: United States. The database was created with jurisdiction=us; read replication is disabled. The jurisdiction restricts where D1 runs and persists data. Workers, CDN and network request processing may occur on Cloudflare's global network depending on the visitor's connection location and routing. Items transferred to US D1 are the compressed photo and metadata, inquiry/report/reply fields, rate-limit hash metadata and block records listed above. Transfer occurs over HTTPS when you upload, submit, look up or perform a relevant operation; report URLs are deliberately included only in reports. The purpose is the requested photo, inquiry response, abuse handling and service security. Separately from D1 storage, Cloudflare processes IP addresses and request metadata when you visit or use the site over HTTPS, for delivery and security. Email Routing processes the email fields above when you send direct email, through email delivery/forwarding. These network and email operations are not restricted by D1 jurisdiction. Cloudflare's official DPA, data-location, subprocessor and network references below describe its processing arrangements and infrastructure; they do not specify every actual processing country for this service. We do not infer a fixed country list from those infrastructure locations. Direct-email recipient/service provider: Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; privacy inquiries can use Google's Privacy Help Center linked below. The email addresses, headers, subject, content and attachments described above are transmitted to Gmail when Cloudflare forwards your email, and processed to receive, store and answer your inquiry. The operator retains direct inquiries for at most 90 days after receipt and periodically destroys them manually. Google's Privacy Policy describes worldwide servers and possible processing outside your country; it does not identify this mailbox's actual processing countries. Google's own security, retention and backup/deletion practices apply to its provider systems. This notice describes service-related overseas outsourcing/storage using the disclosure framework of Article 28-8(1)(3)(a) of Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (outsourcing/storage necessary for contract formation/performance, with disclosure in the privacy policy). It states confirmed processing facts and links to the providers' official information. You may refuse the corresponding stored-data transfer by not uploading, not using the web inquiry form or not sending direct email; this limits the corresponding photo or inquiry channel. Initials and browser card editing remain available without uploading, but site access still involves Cloudflare network processing. To refuse that processing, stop accessing the site. D1 Free includes a seven-day Time Travel recovery window. Removing an active row does not promise immediate permanent erasure from every provider backup. The former avatar database, created without a jurisdiction restriction, is retained for migration rollback; the US restriction does not apply to it. It receives no new service data, and its original seven-day avatar expiry cleanup continues. You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of your personal data and withdraw consent where consent applies. Use the private edit link to replace/remove your own photo; use your receipt/key to identify an inquiry, or contact help@signalmeaning.com / submit a Privacy inquiry. Provide only the minimum reference needed. We may need proportionate evidence that a request relates to your data; do not put secrets in a public card or ordinary report. We use HTTPS, capability hashes, server-side authorization, input limits, exact-origin mutation checks and bounded expiry cleanup. Public sharing exposes the content you choose to share; confidentiality of public cards is not promised. The stored-photo and inquiry features are not intended for children under 14. Do not upload their personal information. We do not run a legal-guardian consent/verification flow; where consent is required for a child under 14, Korean law requires verified guardian consent. If you believe a child's data was submitted, contact us so we can review and remove identified active data.
